Terms of Service

By using Mama Cleans Levin's website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

We provide professional commercial and residential cleaning services. Specific tasks and pricing are determined based on your personalised quote and agreement.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Liability

Mama Cleans Levin is fully insured. While we take the utmost care in handling your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are typically due within 7 days of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Online Shop

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. Pickup orders are collected from Levin at a time arranged with you; delivery orders are sent to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only.

6. Returns

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we will replace or refund it. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned for change of mind.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
